CONICAL CURVED POLES HOT ROLLED IN HSP
Our conical curved laminates poles are obtained by hot rolling of steel tubes UNI EN 10025 welded Iin high frequency "ERW (Electrical Resistance Welded)" UNI EN 10217.
The lamination / pressorotazione tube occurs at a temperature of about 700° C, the processing is fully managed CNC.
The poles are made of steel S275JR.
The lamination process allows to obtain a pole without external weld beads.
At each pole, the following operations are performed:
- cable entry slot;
- application of pocket grounding;
- terminal board slot.
All poles ending on top with Ø 60 mm suitable for mounting accessories and bodies illuminating.
Subsequently, the straight poles are subjected to cold bending on suitable matrices and by the action of an electric winch assume the required curvature.
The galvanization of materials is obtained by dipping into bath of molten zinc whose thickness of the zinc coating complies with UNI EN ISO 1461.
The poles are made in accordance with the UNI EN 40-5 and related regulations:

Verification by calculation: UNI EN 40-3-3;
Surface protection: UNI EN 40-4.
