POLES FOR SPORTS FACILITIES AND ACCESSORIES

Our tapered poles for sport facilities are made with longitudinally welded tubes by induction, made of steel sheet  S235JR (EN 10219-01).
The tubes of different diameters, are joined together by circumferential welding  in matching to tapers.
Depending on the use, the poles are made workings of buried line or are applied eyebolts for the passage of ropes to support networking.
All poles are calibrated on top with stem height 180 mm and Ø 60 mm suitable for mounting of the accessories and lightings.

The galvanization of materials is obtained by dipping into bath of molten zinc which thickness of the zinc coating is conform with UNI EN ISO 1461.

The poles are made in compliance with the UNI EN 40-5 and related regulations:
Dimensions and tolerances: UNI EN 40-2;
Materials: UNI EN 40-5;
Specification for characteristic loads: UNI EN 40-3-1;
Verification by calculation: UNI EN 40-3-3;
Surface protection: UNI EN 40-4.
Each post comes with adhesive label CE.

Our cylindrical poles are made with longitudinally welded tubes by induction, made of steel sheet  S235JR (EN 10219-01).
Usually for these achievements it using cylindrical tubes of small dimensions as Ø 48 mm or Ø 60 mm; supports  of other diameters appear to be less recurrent but easily achievable.

The galvanization of materials is obtained by dipping into bath of molten zinc which thickness of the zinc coating is conform with UNI EN ISO 1461.

The poles are made in compliance with the UNI EN 40-5 and related regulations:

FIXING ACCESSORIES AND REINFORCEMENT DIAGONALS

These accessories allow the fastening of the reinforcement crosspieces (diagonals) to the corner posts for the enclosure of sports facilities.
Using the aforementioned articles you will avoid strenuous and destructive operations welding on hot galvanized materials.
These accessories must be inserted from the top of the pole and lowered down placing it at the desired height.
