TAPERED POLES FOR TRAFFIC LIGHT SYSTEM AND ACCESSORIES
Our poles for traffic light systems are built using welded tapered poles longitudinally induction, made of sheet steel S235JR (EN 10219-01).
The pipes, of different diameters, are joined together by circumferential welding in correspondence tapering.
For each pole for traffic light systems, the following processes are carried out:
- cable entry slot;
- application of the grounding pocket;
- slot for terminal board;
- Ø 114 mm glass welded on top for the application of the traffic light arm.
The galvanization of the materials is obtained by immersion in melted zinc tanks whose thickness of the zinc layer complies with the UNI EN ISO 1461 standards.
Each pole is equipped with a CE adhesive label.
Curved cylindrical supports for traffic lights are made of S235JR steel, thickness 4 mm, with a protrusion ranging from 3,000 mm to a maximum of 7,000 mm and are supplied complete with welded nuts and galvanized steel bolts.
